All in all an unusual hotel and very pleasant stay. Central location, personalised service and free of charge breakfast choices. The staff were happy to help and always smiling. Lovely romantic unit with utensils and silverware. We truly enjoyed panoramic views. Lobby had hot water.

It's small place to stay 5 km away from Formosa Gardens Boulevard. Easy check-in. As for me the food is good, and they have lots of meals.

we loved the swimming pool and budget rooms. and it also had priceless view. they where sincere, helped us with every request. countryside location, not too far from waters edge beach club.

It is a spectacular property located in West Kissimmee district close enough to other disney parks as well as attractions a SuperTarget.

I loved the business location plus the staff were easily accessible. Breakfast food including eggs, muffins, hot waffles, slices of fresh bread and pancakes was pleasant!

the staff was extremely helpful and the location was picturesque. i loved my room, it was luxurious and bright with a walk-in spacious shower. the breakfast was included and had variety of meals. the pool was amazing and i had cold drinks in the irish bar. could use their paid parking.

The nicest place to stay when travelling to Kissimmee. Its well cleaned with amazing beds and ABSOLUTELY SUPERB views.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other urban hotels. Usual, top-notch rooms and exceptional amenities. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was unbelievable...

My experience at this inexpensive hotel was special. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Efficient property's staff. Services were outstanding. Liked its fast wifi;)))

I loved this wonderful little hotel.

Nice location, good value, very clean rooms. As picky eaters we thoroughly enjoyed to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Ace Plus Chinese Buffet couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away...

That food was missing.

i liked spending time here. breakfast was delicious, staff was always polite, place was spotless. i had upscale, upscale room with a luxury bathroom.
